Chief Technology Officer
With a background from Spotify and Saab, Michael has over 20 years of experience leading cross-functional development teams. He has a strong track record in designing, building, and delivering products in both B2C and B2B environments. For nearly a decade, Michael was responsible for delivering business-critical systems to emergency services, a key focus during his time at Saab. He has held roles such as CTO, Senior Product Manager, Agile Coach, and Project Manager, and in all these roles, he has consistently championed data-driven, agile development processes.
Maciek Drejak
Head of Software and Founder
Maciek is a serial entrepreneur with 30 years of experience in software development. His most renowned venture to date is Sleep Cycle AB (underwent IPO in 2021 at a valuation of €111M), in which he acted as CEO between 2009 and 2017 and has a total combined 40 million users. In 2017, Drejak founded Everdrone, where he currently holds the position Head of Software.
