Our typical partner is a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) organisation, an Emergency Medical Call Centre (EMCC) or an Emergency Response Organisation (ERO).
As a dispatcher, you will be coordinating drone-assisted emergency response missions very much in the same way as you are already doing for the ambulance and helicopters services. Everything related to airspace regulations and controlling of the drone is handled by Everdrone’s Mission Control Centre. Our services are available as a subscription with no additional CapEx costs.

At Everdrone, we specialize in managing the regulatory process surrounding advanced drone operations, especially when it comes to operating in populated areas.
We obtained our first permit for operations beyond visual line of sight in 2018 and are proud to be one of few companies in the world to be granted permission to conduct drone deliveries in urban environments by a National Aviation Authority (NAA). We operate within the “specific” category for unmanned aerial vehicles as defined by EASA and our current safety portfolio is based on the Operational Safety Objectives for SAIL III according to the Specific Operations Risk Assessment (SORA) methodology.
All communication between our drones and the Mission Control Centre is sent over the mobile network utilising Advanced Encryption Standard 256 – equivalent to military grade level. In the unlikely case of physical tampering with any of our drones, all onboard data is kept safe on encrypted discs. Furthermore, remote wiping is considered a core functionality of our software suite in the case of intrusion or theft.
