Leader in autonomous drone technology chosen out of over 300 companies for Sweden’s top startup list

Everdrone, a global leader in autonomous drone technology, announces today that it has made Ny Teknik’s Top 33 Most Promising Tech Startups in Sweden, for the second consecutive year. This prestigious accolade honours tech startups based in Sweden that have focused on building upon their existing technology and driving innovation.

Everdrone uses patented technology to fly drones equipped with Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) to the scene of emergency situations, in conjunction with local dispatchers and authorities. The company works with Sweden’s national emergency call centre, SOS Alarm, and the Centre for Resuscitation Science at Karolinska Institutet for research and development.

Over 300 companies were considered by the editorial team for Ny Teknik for the list. Based on a growing interest in Sweden’s tech scene, the publication’s list of 33 startups highlights companies that provide a product, service, or business idea that is rooted in proprietary technology and has international business potential.
